The ingredients needed to make Grape Jam:
- Take 1 1/2 bunches Grapes
- Take 300 grams Granulated sugar
- Take 2 tsp Lemon juice

- Wash the grapes one by one, cut in half, then remove the seeds.
- Add the Step 1 grapes into a pot, add the granulated sugar and lemon juice on top, then turn on the heat.
- Remove the grape skin (about 1/3 of the mixture) halfway through cooking. It's easy to scoop out the skin when it floats to the surface.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes while adjusting the heat between low and medium, then it's done!
- Pour into bottles.
- Stick a label, and wrap it.
