  1. You simply diced or chopped the tomatoes you wing it on how much you want it… or how many the people who will be eating it
  2. Minced garlic… as plenty as you like
  3. In a skillet or pan… heat it… put in 3tsp olive oil 1 full tsp of butter… of course we like it yummyyyy - add the minced garlic… DONT BURN IT… just for 30sec.
  4. Add the fresh chopped or dice tomato…. a pinch of salt… let sit for a while until you feel that it is cooked
  5. Add the left over rice… its upto you on how many people will be eating… splash (wing it dont drown it…) water or beef stock if you're fancy… salt (little) and pepper (ot depends because thats your business)… then let it simmer and then thats it…
  6. Regardless of how much you use (except salt and pepper) it will actually taste light… and yummy and healthy… the tase will change if you splash beef, chicken or pork stock instead of water…. its upto you play it around… enjoy
