  1. First peel pineapple and cut into small piece. - Heat Coconut oil in a pan and add fennel seeds and kalonji. - Add pineapple pieces in oil and stir for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  2. Now add black salt and Cranberries mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame till they become little tender,then Add Unrefined Cane Sugar.Mix well..Let the cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes.
  3. When the Sugar syrup becomes little thick, add black pepper and red chilli flakes.Mix them well, cover and let it cook for 5- 10 minutes.
  4. PineApple & Cranberries will turn little transparent and syrup will also become thick.
  5. PineApple Cranberry Chutney is ready. Let it cool down and serve it with paratha sandwiches, crackers.
